North Point Shopping Centre in Hull has welcomed a new set of lettings following a successful year for the retail destination.
Following on from the completion of a 19-week refurbishment programme and the subsequent arrival of frozen goods retailer Fulton Foods and fashion shop Yours Clothing earlier this year, FIREM has secured four further lettings for the shopping centre.

In total, 13,545 sq ft of space has been let to the six new shops at North Point so far this year.
The refurbishment programme at North Point included the reconfiguration of 14,000 sq ft of space. Work commenced on 23 October 2017 with the project completing on 2 March 2018. The improved retail offer of the centre, with 87.5% of units occupied, has also resulted in a boost in footfall, with a 4.2% rise on the previous year to date.
